"Suo Tutto Mangiare"
Garlic Bread
This does take some time to let the dough rise, I would recommend that you make the dough the night before you want to serve the bread.
Recipe Ingredients:
Dough
- 3-4 Cup of Unbleached Flour
- 2 Cups of Warm Water
- 1 Packet of Bakers Yeast
Garlic Cover
- 4-5 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/4 stick of butter
- Onion Flakes
- Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Garlic Salt
Garlic Bread
Place in a large Bowl 3-4 Cups of Unbleached Flour, then add 2-3 teaspoons of Olive Oil, Yeast & Slowly add your warm water. Add the warm water a little at a time, all while mixing together until the mixture begins to solidify. Mix slowly until everything begins to come together, add flour or water until mixture is together. Then begin to mead the dough by hand folding itself into each other. Round the dough ball and place into the center of the large bowl. Place foil or plastic wrap over bowl and then place in fridge overnight to rise. (You can make the day off and let sit out for 4-5 hours, for best results let sit overnight)
